Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon tyme
zest of 1 lemom
2/3 cups of Olive oil
1 table spoon dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over selected meats. Cover and place in fridge for 2 hours. After 2 hours take out, shake off excess then broil, bake or grill.
