in HOT TIPS?

Yesterday I shared an excerpt from an article by Leslie Berrie, on how broccoli boosts the bodies protective enzymes to help fight cancer. Here is a fruit that slows growth of pre-malignant cells. We often have fruit for breakfast (when in season) that consist of strawberries, raspberries and blue berries soaked in lemon juice.  Try it! your body will love you for it.

Berries

All berries are packed with cancer-fighting phytonutrients. But black raspberries, in particular, contain very high concentrations of phytochemicals called anthocyanins, which slow down the growth of premalignant cells and keep new blood vessels from forming (and potentially feeding a cancerous tumor).

Helps fight: colon, esophageal, oral, and skin cancers

A half-cup serving of berries a day may help your health.
