WHITE BEAN VEGGIE SOUP…

Today is our vegetarian meal day and as part of our healthy eating program we only eat meat 3 times a week. Today we made White Bean Veggie Soup. It turned out great and we even have enough left over for lunch tomorrow…

Here’s the recipe we put together, of course you can ad what ever veggie you desire…Be sure to let us know how it turned out for you…

Ingredients:

White beans
Kale (the greens)
Carrots
Potatoes
Veggie broth
Garlic (minced)
Onions (Sauteed)

And season to taste…

 

Directions:

Get all the ingredients
Put them together
And cook it…
