BODY REJUVENATION CLEANSE

for a healthy life style change…

We’re doing a 5 day cleanse any suggestions on a good veggie meal for one of the days? Well this is how we started off.

DAY ONE: Dinner

Cauliflower Bisque. Super salad topped with sunflower seeds and bathed in my in famous balsamic vinaigrette. Day one cleanse ends with an oxygen drink and yoga.

DAY TWO: Dinner

Seaweed stir-fry. Carrot Coriander soup and a small super salad. Ending with an oxygen drink and yoga.

On the 3rd day of our 5 day cleanse I’ve already lost 5 pounds. Wow it’s amazing how the body responds when you cut out sugars and seasonings and meats…
But I still can’t wait to sink my teeth into a rib eye…lol… I’m just sayin

DAY THREE: Dinner

Super Salad, which I am growing tired of, as you can tell I am getting a little irritable due to the caffeine detox… Anyways here’s dinner. Super salad sprinkled with sunflower seeds, butternut squash bisque with sautéed onions, ginger and curry powder. Ending with an oxygen drink and yoga. Now leave me aloooonnnne.

DAY FOUR: Dinner

Sautéed Chard, and Sweet potato Bisque. I feel much better now. Sorry about day three. Ending with an oxygen drink and yoga.

DAY FIVE: Dinner

Veggie Stir-fry and kale salad and ending with an oxygen drink and yoga.

NOTE: For lunch it’s usually leftovers from the night before. We snake on pineapple or apples throughout the day. And we drink our special PURE BODY TEA BLEND with lots of water. The cravings for sweets pretty much go away after a couple of days because of all the proteins you take in.

It’s our BODY REJUVENATION CLEANSE, Diane. Using soups and salads, fruits and veggies…It’s a healthy life style change.

Though we don’t stick to the meal plan after we’re done like we would like to. It still brings to conscientiousness (wow, that’s a 17 letter word, lol) more of a healthy eating life style.

We cut out sugars, fats, breads, dairy, caffeine, restaurants and cafes. We tightened up on everything.

What we always realize during these cleanses is that, we save at least 5-600 bucks every 2 weeks just by not going to restaurants and the grocery store 2-3 times a week. We go to bed earlier and pop right up in the morning, not sluggish.

We have more energy during the day and are even more focused on everything. Including each other.

As I said it’s a life style change.
